Andralyn Chanel is a Chicago native born and raised in Bronzeville located on the low end of the south side. At an early age Andralyn knew she wanted to make an impact on the world, however she wasn’t quite sure how. She always spoke of wanting to one day become a pediatrician or a veterinarian however her natural beauty would always catch the eyes of someone in the fashion industry as they would continuously attempt to try to get her mother to allow them to shoot her or ask if she could audition for something.

Andralyn or Andie  (as she is often called by family and friends), was very shy and was not interested in the attention that came along with the limelight lifestyle. Her mother did not force her, allowing her to take that step if and when she was ready.

    As time went on this multi eye colored, curly strawberry/blonde haired girl begin to notice her natural beauty. Still somewhat feeling awkward at times, It wasn’t until she went away to college to study biology that she begun to embrace her beauty and talents after being approached by the University's photographer "on more than one occasion". Finally agreeing to take a few pictures, the unedited prints were so breathtaking that Andralyn started to believe that she could actually do this, so in the summer of 2014 she decided to tap into the modeling world. In December of 2014, she went on an audition for a major hair company  where she was chosen to represent the company. By January 2015, she was touring becoming one of the faces for their natural hair line. That was the beginning of what was to become of Andralyn the model. As of today Andralyn Chanel as she is known on social media, has photographed for some of Chicago’s top photographers. Along with doing photoshoots for fashion designers, make-up companies, hair companies, etc! Andie is now ready to take on a new role as she is currently tapping into the acting world.

        Not limiting herself to just one avenue Andralyn is currently available for print work, runway, spokesmodel, actor, voice over, etc. Andralyn wants to continue being a role model for young girls and young ladies who struggles with awkwardness, imperfections and social media bullying. In Andralyn’s eyes you don’t have to be a size 2 nor do you have to alter your body to be beautiful, thats why she strives hard on loving and accepting who she is, flaws and all. There is still more that Andie would like to achieve, and she believes that with God's guidance, she can do anything that she sets her mind to.
