I use the order Information that I collect to fulfill any orders placed through the site or by email. I also use your information to arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations. Ideally, I use this information to communicate with you until you receive your order.
Wholesale Inquiries
I currently DO NOT offer wholesale at the moment. Please contact me directly if you are looking to purchase a larger bulk of customs for personal use and NOT resale.

Shipping and Returns
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times are within 48 hours after every order placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that I have received your order. Please make sure you allow enough time for processing, as well as shipping before your need by date. If you feel your need by date is too close, please contact me directly (Email: AndieChanel@icloud.com). ! If you do not contact me, I will ship out according to the ship by date. Rush service is available for purchase. Please contact me if you need more information regarding rush services, or upgraded shipping. If you need help with sizing, please be sure to contact me prior to purchasing, and I will be more than happy to help suggest the best size for you! At the moment I do not ship or sell items internationally.
ALL orders are shipped via USPS.
I am not responsible for any lost and/or damages caused during USPS transit.
